Greetings brothers of the Eastern Region,
As you may know, when this new administration was formed, we placed a few items on our priority list as a high-priority tasks. One of those tasks was the engagement and revitalization of our undergrads and their chapters. To accomplish this task, we developed a plan that would actively get our undergrads involved and their voices heard. This plan has several phases to its process.
Phase one was the Undergrad survey or questionnaire developed by one of our undergrads so that we can get a pulse on what the feelings are within the undergrad ranks. Now that we have received several of those surveys, we are moving into phase two of this process.
Phase two will be a series of Table Talks set up on zoom calls that would allow the undergrads to speak freely so that we can collectively assist them in regaining their campus back. These Brown Table Talks will also serve as mentoring sessions where we will have different professionals to help assist our undergrads in the areas in which they need them. Some areas will be but are not limited to:
Intake
Running a Successful Chapter
Hazing, Mental Health
Career Services
and many others
We are excited about entering this next phase in the process and ask that all leaders actively encourage and support our undergrads in this process. By working together, we can change the culture within the Eastern Region and further Strengthen the Lines of Brotherhood.
