Brother Thomas Blake worked in the Office of Records and Administration at Morgan State University and served as the Alpha Chapter advisor for over 20 years. During his time as advisor, he oversaw and advised over 100 Alpha Chapter Brothers of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc.
