This year's conclave registration has continued to evolve keeping our membership in mind as to the challenges each may face in their chapter and personal lives while allowing for the opportunity to successfully balance the cost of a major event such as this conclave. The conclave will provide the opportunity for fraternal members, family members, Iota Sweethearts and guests to not only conduct business in their respective organizations but to enjoy Orlando, Florida and all the magic the area presents.

The registration period has been simplified and will run from October 15, 2016 to June 30, 2017. No registration will be conducted on site, including a la carte events.
Regular registration will run from October 15, 2016 to May 1, 2017, while Late registration will run from May 2, 2017 to June 30, 2017. All registration will end on June 30, 2017!

The undergraduate conclave experience will include attendance at the Public Meeting Reception, Universal Studio/City Walk “Club Hop” ticket, Thursday Night House Party, Thursday and Friday Lunch, Fraternity Business Meeting, Casino Night at the Centre and breakfast Saturday morning. You will also receive complimentary basic high speed internet (in room), (2) I-Ride Trolley Single Day passes (only for those staying in the host hotel) and the 2017 commemorative conclave gift, plus a host of registration information.

Graduate Registration Regular Fee Late Fee

The graduate conclave experience will include attendance at the Public Meeting Reception, ticket to the Grad Only Dewey's Sports Bar outing or Welcome reception, entrance to the 22nd International Grand Polaris Reception, Lunch Thursday and Friday, Casino Night at the Centre, breakfast Saturday morning and the Fraternal Business Meeting. You will also receive complimentary basic high speed internet (in room), (2) I-Ride Trolley Single Day passes (only for those staying in the host hotel) and the 2017 commemorative conclave gift, plus a host of registration information.

You will also receive complimentary basic high speed internet (in room), (2) I-Ride Trolley Single Day passes (only for those staying in the host hotel), a special life member gift , and the 2017 commemorative conclave gift plus a host of registration information.

This registration option is being provided to chapters as an option to further support any challenges financially a chapter may be experiencing to assure it is represented at roll call each day. These individuals will not be able to register for any other event for the duration of the conference to include any a la carte registration. Delegate only registrants can only attend the fraternity business meeting for all three days.
