The Eastern Region of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. will host our 25th Eastern Regional Conference on April 19-22, 2018 at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel in Charlotte, NC. This will be a magnificent conference for the current Regional Administration and a celebration of the new International Administration.

Note: Full-page dimensions are 8 ½” x 11” and ad should be in PDF format.

Instructions:

  1. Ads should fit within the designated space base on the payment submitted
  2. Ads should be copy ready (clearly typed, clear pictures, without stray marks), if not, the Region reserves the right to retype to ensure copy quality.
  3. ADs must be received no later than March 22nd, 2018.
  4. Please Submit Ads or any question to Stephen Okoba at easternarp@iotaphitheta.org
  5. Upon receiving Ad and the Option of size, an Invoice will be sent to the email provider when submitted for instant payment.

Attending guests and registered members for the conference will receive an Ad book and Electronic copy of the book will also be available if needed.
